hey there, need some advice on a subject, my daughter is 4 and weighs about 40 pounds. her kicks are good but not quite powerful. any tips on boosting some kicking power. we do leg weights now, but maybe i can get some professional advice. thanks ;D Personally (though Im no doctor) I wouldnt use leg/ankle weights on someone so young. Simply get a kick sheild and power will increase with practice. Stuart

yeah, just let her grow. 4 years old and your expecting her to develop power, give her a break. If she can do the kicks then that is more than enough.
